On December 21, 2024, the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Donbass State University of Justice" opened its doors to future applicants and their parents. The event was held in the format of an Open Day.
Applicants and their parents were able to visit interesting locations of the University, such as: - the library reading room; - the educational and practical laboratory of expert and investigative-forensic activities; - the educational laboratory "Courtroom". The rector of the Donbass State University of Justice Nikita Aleksandrovich Naryzhny spoke about the history of the University, the importance of the legal profession, and the prospects for employment after graduation. Vice-Rector for Academic and Methodological Work Alexey Petrovich Solonin spoke about the educational process, about internships in organizations and departments within the framework of partnership agreements.
Head of the Department of Youth Policy and Educational Activities Vitaly Vladimirovich Zhurba noted the importance of choosing a lawyer's profession in the modern world and emphasized the high standards of education offered by the University "Choosing a profession is your step towards a successful career." The following spoke about the University's institutes: - Director of the Institute of Justice and Law Enforcement Alexander Anatolyevich Nikolaev; - Director of the Institute of Justice Alexander Alexandrovich Kartamyshev; - Director of the Institute of Notaries and Advocacy Natalya Alexandrovna Larina. The participants of the event were shown a video presentation on the areas of training of the University's institutes.
Responsible Secretary of the Admissions Committee Anna Andreevna Kashper spoke about the features of admission to training, entrance examinations, and the distribution of control figures for admission to training at the expense of budgetary allocations. All those present in the live dialogue mode were able to ask questions of interest to the management and the Admissions Committee of the University.
