The Institute of Justice is an organizational, educational and scientific structural unit of the DSUJ of the Ministry of Justice of Russia. It was established on September 01, 2023 through reorganization of the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Law and the Faculty of State and International Law.
The advantage of the Institute is the opportunity to obtain a classical basic legal education, taking into account civil law, financial law, and state law focus combined with practical skills and abilities that predetermine readiness for professional activity.
The Institute's objectives are:
- professional training of qualified personnel with a high level of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and other cognitive tools;
- sustainable development of the training system, taking into account accumulated experience, feedback from students, and the needs of the labor market, as well as increasing the competitiveness of the Institute's graduates;
- creating conditions for students to realize their mental and creative potential, engage in sports, and leisure;
- integration of distance learning technologies into the training process, support for innovative developments, model programs and technologies for automating legal work.
The main tasks are:
- implementation of higher education programs in the field of training 40.03.01 Jurisprudence (bachelor's degree level);
- organization of the educational process in accordance with current legislation and internal regulations of the University;
- implementation of scientific, educational, cultural and extracurricular (educational) activities;;
- meeting the needs of participants in the educational process for intellectual, cultural, moral, aesthetic, and physical development;
- creation and maintenance of the functioning of strategic academic units;
- identification and support for talented and proactive young people, formation of a system for recording the individual achievements of students;
- organizing and conducting scientific and practical events at various levels;
- cooperation with scientific, educational, cultural and educational centers and institutions;
- assistance in employment of graduates and organizing feedback with them.
Implemented programs:
The Institute of Justice and Law Enforcement provides comprehensive fundamental training and development of key professional skills. Training is conducted in accordance with educational programs of higher education in the following fields:
- 40.03.01 Jurisprudence (bachelor's degree level), profile: civil law;
- 40.03.01 Jurisprudence (bachelor's degree level), profile: state law;
- 40.03.01 Jurisprudence (bachelor's degree level), profile: financial law.
